Deposit of half of the quoted total required to start order.

 

Any items damaged on my behalf will either be replaced by me if can and or will deduct the damages from the total cost .

Also future discounts could be given with my discretion.

Rush fees are charged on expedited orders.

You may return most items sold by MobTies Embroidery within 24 hours from the drop off or ship-received date.

To qualify, you must contact MobTies embroidery within 24 hours upon receiving your product.

​

The customer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise you will be reimbursed for the cost of the item(s), as well as the original shipping fee (if applicable).

Items that are damaged upon arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
