What about setup/digitizing fees?

Proper hooping takes time, especially on bulky items. cleaning off the garments, making sure it’s in final product form is taken into consideration. digitizing fee is a one time fee for any new logo.
What is digitizing?

Before we can embroider any design, we must digitize it first. Embroidery digitization is the process of converting existing artwork, like a company logo or team emblem, into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew onto a garment.
How big can you stitch a design on a Jacket/Work Shirt?

Largest hoop size I have for jacket backs are 15x19inch , smallest hoop size I have for shirts are 2 inch hoops.
What is your turn around on your bulk hat orders.

2-3 weeks for local pickup. 3-4 weeks if shipping out.
Can I order just one hat?

Yes you can order just one hat.
Can our club or company set up ordering in singles?

Yes you can.
How large can you sew on a hat?

Generally the hat dimensions and logo determines how big a design can be.
Do you have a stitch limit?

No I don’t have a stitch limit.
Can you do "Puff/Raised" Embroidery?

Yes I provide Puff/3D services.
How many colors of thread do you have?

A lot! --- We have all colors. If there is a color you want and we do not have, We will order it!
Is there a color limit for embroidered designs?

Currently that limit is 10 colors per design.
Can you embroider on other things like towels/beanies/etc?

Yes we can.
Do you have a specific brand of hats or shirts that you embroider on?

No, we do not. --- We embroider on many different brands!
